HR Recruiter | Work from Office | Bhopal
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Location: Elegant Business Square, Infront of People's University, Bhopal
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 (In-hand)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Post job openings and maintain the recruitment pipeline.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle and candidate documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing abilities.
- Knowledge of job portals and resume databases.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
