Role Overview

SRPN is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Bulk Hiring & Vendor Coordinator who can manage high-volume recruitment requirements and coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk recruitment and mass hiring for multiple positions.

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, manpower consultants and other hiring vendors.

• Source candidates through vendors, job portals, references, social media and other recruitment channels.

• Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding hiring requirements, targets and candidate status.

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.

• Track candidate pipelines, selections, offer status and joining numbers.

• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and vendor performance records.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and reduce dropouts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable recruitment vendors.

• Meet assigned bulk hiring targets and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Prior experience in bulk hiring, recruitment, HR, staffing or vendor coordination will be an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and candidates simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

• Hindi communication is required; basic English communication preferred.
