Target Profiles: Blue-collar & specialized roles (Therapists, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Painters, etc.)

Role Overview

TechClinic Connect is seeking a high-energy HR Recruiter to drive high-volume, blue-collar, and trade-specific hiring. The role focuses on rapid candidate sourcing, walk-in drives, and ground-level vendor networking to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet aggressive weekly and monthly joining targets.

• Mass Outreach Campaigns: Drive inbound leads via bulk SMS, WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and localized job portals (WorkIndia, Apna, Naukri, etc.).

• Walk-in Drive Management: Organize and manage daily walk-in interviews at the Turbhe branch and designated off-site locations.

• Trade-Specific Vetting: Conduct initial screening rounds to assess technical competencies and verify mandatory certifications or trade skills.

• Vendor & Contractor Relations: Partner with local labor contractors, training institutes, and naka coordinators for bulk manpower sourcing.

• Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track daily calling metrics, footfalls, and lead-to-joining conversion ratios on real-time recruitment dashboards.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on bulk/blue-collar hiring experience (BPO, Logistics/Delivery, or Facility Management backgrounds preferred).

• Target Delivery: Demonstrated ability to close 20–30+ positions per month under tight deadlines.

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi to connect effectively with trade candidates.

• Work Style: Target-oriented, fast-paced, and capable of thriving in a high-volume hiring environment.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
