About the Role

Talent Hunt Placements & Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various client requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Prepare recruitment reports and update management regularly.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
