Roles & Responsibilities

· Posting & Sourcing job’s in Naukri & LinkedIn

· Sourcing the right candidate from different job portals & Social media websites like Naukri, LinkedIn.

· Interacting with the candidates regarding job openings.

· Trying to get at least 3 to 4 profiles on each requirement

· Scheduling & Co-coordinating for different modes of interview like telephonic & Face 2 Face round.

· Updating daily tracker in the Excel

· Daily Follow up with the candidates & Manager's for various rounds of interview

· Sharing call letters to the interested candidates

· Pre & Post follow up with the candidates.

· Offer Negotiation & Offer roll outs.

· Collecting documents from selected candidates

· Working on background verification

Follow up with the candidate till they getting on boarded
