We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Reinova Biz Consultancy to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle all HR Executive- TA position

• Reporting to the Team leader TA

• End to end recruitment for Sales, Finance, IT & Manufacturing hiring.

• Understanding job description Screening & Sourcing from Job portals, LinkedIn and other sources.

• Conducting telephonic interviews and shortlisting the candidates

• Sourcing of best suitable profiles Scheduling interview Post selection documentation and document verification

• Post offer follow up for the resignation, Acceptance and follow up till the joining

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgement are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
