Department: Recruitment & Staffing
Location: Kharadi
Experience: 1–2 years (Recruitment/Staffing preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1.	Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
2.	Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, hiring needs, and role expectations.
3.	Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person).
4.	Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
5.	Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
6.	Interact with client HR teams to clarify job specifications.
7.	Build long-term relationships to support continuous hiring needs.
8.	Maintain strong candidate relationships and a talent pipeline.
9.	Handle interview updates, feedback, salary discussions (as required).
*Required Skills*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels & sourcing techniques
Good understanding of basic HR functions
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
*Qualifications*
•	Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
•	1–2 years of experience in recruitment; staffing agency experience preferred
Salary Range: 15k - 20k
