Job Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and hiring for different job roles.

Post job vacancies on WorkIndia and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records in Excel.

Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.

Collect and maintain employee records, ID card details, and personal documents.

Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.

Coordinate employee onboarding and joining procedures.

Assist in implementing HR policies, workplace discipline, and POSH awareness.

Support daily HR operations and employee coordination.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

Candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.

Documentation and record management.

Time management and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Freshers with good communication and computer skills may apply.
