Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
Scheduling interviews with clients and candidates.
Coordinating with hiring managers and clients for requirements.
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Managing offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT recruitment.
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
