About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and role expectations

• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding formalities, and documentation

• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Stay updated on current hiring trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

• High attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for [specific industry or roles, e.g., IT, manufacturing, sales, etc.]

• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and onboarding best practices

• Certifications in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
