About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment cycle efficiently. The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand manpower requirements, and experience in sourcing suitable candidates through different recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn, consultants, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct HR telephonic screening and initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
