Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Sector 136, Noida
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience using the Naukri portal for sourcing and hiring candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist resumes as per job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory).

• Hands-on experience with the Naukri portal (Mandatory).

• Resume screening and candidate evaluation.

• Interview coordination and scheduling.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment.

• Experience in non-IT recruitment will be an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
