Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Sector 136, Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with strong expertise in using the Naukri.com portal for hiring across various profiles.

## Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, social media platforms, and references.

• Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Post job openings and manage job postings on recruitment portals.

• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

• Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.

## Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Naukri.com portal, including resume search and database management.

• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interview coordination and candidate relationship management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

## Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in consultancy or staffing industry will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment strategies.
