Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Koregaon Park

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives(after probation period)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing recruitment agency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an agency setup, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references

- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fitment

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

- Maintain candidate pipeline and database

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)

2. Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment

5. Should not be currently pursuing education

6. Looking for long-term career stability
