HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations
Key Responsibilities:
* **70% Recruitment:** Sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates with clients/hiring managers.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closures.
* **30% HR Operations:** Onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, HR letters, and basic HR coordination.
* Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.
* Handle day-to-day HR queries and support overall HR activities.
