Job Role: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for roles in electroplating and chemical manufacturing.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company website.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and arrange interviews.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
• Discuss and negotiate salary expectations with candidates.
• Present and explain compensation packages, including benefits and incentives.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Assist in the onboarding process and support various HR tasks.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Multi-tasking
