• Understand the Job role well and company profile

• Posting the requirements on the portals and social media site as well

• Review the candidate profile and call them and follow up

• Follow up the candidate timely to convert them in result

• Always be active to search and follow up and response

• Must have good in English communication and writing in manners

• Should be energetic and confident with negotiate skill

• Must be passionate for recruitment

• Candidate with good client (HR) network and consultancy business added advantage
