Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Noida Sector 63
Role Overview
Persystent Consultancy is looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple positions.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Sourcing and screening expertise.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM and internal trackers.
• Support offer rollouts and joining coordination.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
