Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet recruitment targets and timelines
