Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter specializing in mass hiring for banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Based in Noida, the HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates for roles in the banking and NBFC sectors. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, utilizing job boards, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening candidates, and managing recruitment pipelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
Knowledge of banking and NBFC industry hiring processes and requirements
Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards
Ability to handle mass hiring while ensuring attention to detail and maintaining hiring timelines
Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management
Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
