Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple job roles
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
