🔧 Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for complete end-to-end recruitment, including:
• Understanding client requirements and creating Job Descriptions (JDs)
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Social Media & Databases
• Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Taking candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process
• Managing candidates from initial interaction to final selection and joining
• Maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports
• Achieving daily/monthly recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality
