 Experience recruiting in international logistics industry specific.

Key Responsibilities:

 Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

o Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

o Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and professional networks.

o Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure a good fit for the role and company culture.

 Interview Coordination

o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

o Provide support during the interview process, including preparation of interview questions and materials.

 Candidate Management

o Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.

o Provide timely updates to candidates on the status of their applications.

o Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 Data Management & Reporting

o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

o Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.

 Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

o Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs.

o Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.

 Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

 Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certification in HR is a plus.

 Experience recruiting in international logistics industry specific.
