Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Organization: Millennials Insurance Brokers (MIB)

Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Head – Human Resources

Job Summary

Millennials Insurance Brokers (MIB) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing workforce requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across insurance, sales, operations, support functions, and leadership hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements.

• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring dashboards.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per agreed TAT.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a positive employer brand.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.

• Generate periodic recruitment reports and analytics.

• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Broking, Recruitment Consultancy, or Corporate Hiring preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS tools.

• Number of positions closed.

• Time-to-fill and Time-to-hire.

• Offer-to-joining ratio.

• Quality of hire.

• Hiring manager satisfaction.

• Candidate experience scores.
