Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Connect with potential clients and understand their hiring requirements.
Acquire recruitment mandates and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of positions.
Act as a bridge between clients and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
Drive client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in an HR Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, Staffing Firm, or similar industry.
Strong communication, client handling, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements and support mandate closures.
