Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate roles, from junior positions to executive-level hires.

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with JuriX’s corporate standards and growth objectives.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of modern recruitment tools and platforms.

• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand specific role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

• Maintain a strong employer brand and provide a top-notch candidate experience reflective of our corporate culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate HR recruitment, preferably in a technology or legal-tech environment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

• A proactive and organized approach, capable of managing multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously.
