Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19, Phase 5
Salary: Up to ₹22,000/- In-hand
Experience Required: 1+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR rounds.

• Schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.

• Handle joining formalities and documentation.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
