Job Title:

Human Resource Recruiter (Fresher)

Location:

Koregaon Park, Pune (Work from Office)

Salary:

Up to ₹15,000 per month

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA HR preferred)

• Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment

Communication Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to interact confidently with candidates over calls and messages

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

• Assist senior recruiters in achieving recruitment targets.

• Learn and implement recruitment best practices and hiring strategies.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
