Job Title: HR Recruiter & HR Assistant
Experience: 3 months – 1 year
Location: Chinchwad, Morwadi
Employment Type: Full-time
Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
Conduct initial HR screening rounds and assess candidate fitment.
Maintain and update candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
Support in onboarding activities such as document collection and induction preparation.
Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation.
Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.
Coordinate for training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
Assist in payroll inputs by collecting attendance and other data.
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment cycle and HR processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and emails.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
