Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal Databases
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar job portals.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
