Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Process Management: Coordinate interviews with department managers, maintain the ATS, and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire).
Job Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and handle the closing process.
Onboarding: Facilitate new hire paperwork and integration processes.
