About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Designers, Architects, and other relevant positions.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, portfolio, and role requirements.

• Coordinate and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview

  process.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role

  expectations.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.

• Proven experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects is required.

• Good understanding of design and architecture profiles, including portfolios and

  relevant technical skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
