Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across various industries. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements

• Understand job requirements shared by clients

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database

• Screen and shortlist profiles as per client expectations

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening

• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates

• Follow up for feedback and interview status

• Negotiate salary and close positions

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work in target-driven environment

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of Non-IT recruitment

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred)
