Job Description – HR Recruiter / Field Recruiter
Industry: Staffing / Manpower Services
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, walk-ins, and field recruitment.
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Explain job roles, salary, location, shifts, and other employment terms to candidates.
Coordinate documentation, onboarding, joining, and deployment.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure joining and retention.
Coordinate with clients and operations teams for manpower requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS.
Achieve assigned sourcing, interview, and joining targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up ability.
Comfortable with field work and local travel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Previous experience in staffing, bulk hiring, or blue-collar recruitment will be preferred.
