An HR Recruiter manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process. They partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, write job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and handle offer negotiations to successfully build a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Job Postings: Design accurate job descriptions and post them on job boards, careers pages, and social media networks. Build a talent pipeline for both active and passive candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and administer assessments. Shortlist top candidates for hiring managers.
Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, answer candidate questions regarding compensation and benefits, and extend job offers.
Onboarding Coordination: Oversee background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes.
Reporting & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with labor regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in full-cycle recruitment.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using an ATS (like Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever) and resume databases.
