§ Supporting and ensuring smooth onboarding processes by completing all required checks before issuing documentation to new hires, while effectively managing offboarding activities and coordinating timely communication with the payroll team.

§ Managing intercompany and intracompany employee transfers, ensuring compliance with internal processes and accurate system updates.

§ Administering absence management processes and provided regular reports to operational teams.

§ Raising and managing employee-related cases, liaising with relevant departments and facilitating issue resolution through effective communication.

§ Conducting Right to Work checks and maintaining accurate compliance reporting.

§ Managing daily HRIS operations, including employee data entry, updates, maintenance, and record management.

§ Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across multiple systems and platforms.

§ Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing support on policies, procedures, forms, and general HR-related requests.

§ Verifying that all HR documentation and paperwork were accurate, complete, and compliant prior to HRIS processing.

§ Administering and maintaining various employee training portals, ensuring records were up to date and training requirements were tracked effectively.
