Coordinate with international clients to understand manpower requirements.

Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates.
Arrange and coordinate client interviews (virtual/face-to-face).
Manage documentation including CVs, passports, visas, and other compliance paperwork.
Ensure timely mobilization of selected candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment laws and company policies.
