PS Human Resources and Consultants is hiring HR Executive for Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn and references.

• Collect data & get resumes of candidates who are in ready to aboard ship/ join domestic jobs

• Schedule and conduct candidate meetings/interviews to showcase recruitment services.

• Understand client & company hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for delivery.

• Maintain records and track pipeline and opportunities.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful closure and delivery of mandates.

Qualification : Graduate with HR specialization will be added advantage

Experience - 0.5 to 3 years in HR function.
