MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

Education Required : Graduate

Experience Required : 2 years of experience in HR Recruiter

Bulk Hiring Experience is mandatory

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

2. Experience in BPO Telesales hiring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of candidates

• Perform reference checks with current And former employers and personal References.

• Perform a first interview, possibly by Phone to confirm basic information and

Gauge the interest of the candidate.

• Hire the candidate, and move them to the onboarding process.

• Should achieve target of 2 joining per day.
