We are hiring Senior HR Executive for Top MNC with following skills :

Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to validate candidate eligibility, interest, and cultural fit.
Perform reference checks with current/previous employers and personal references to ensure due diligence.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate closure, and seamless onboarding coordination.
Consistently achieve a minimum target of 2 candidate joinings per day.
Maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal hiring standards.
