🌱 About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR and understand end-to-end hiring processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview status

• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers

• Support in job postings and employer branding activities

• Assist in HR operations and documentation

👤 Who Can Apply

• MBA (HR) / Graduate pursuing or recently completed

• Strong interest in recruitment / talent acquisition

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
