Hiring: HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT Recruitment at Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad-Gujarat | ONLY Work From Office
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month Depends of the experience level
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures
Achieve recruitment targets within defined TAT
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
