We are looking for an HR Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of HR processes, strong documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Handle salary processing, attendance, leave management, and payroll records.

• HR Compliance: Manage PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and other applicable statutory requirements.

• Compliance Documentation: Maintain statutory registers, employee records, challans, returns, and audit documents.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, and joining formalities.

• HR Operations & Administration: Handle employee documentation, HR policies, and day-to-day administrative activities.

• Employee Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 1–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Practical knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to multitask and manage HR responsibilities efficiently.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
