Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month + ₹2,000 performance-based incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions accordingly.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates' suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate and coordinate salary, joining dates, and other relevant details.

• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records.

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers can also apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Female candidates preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000/month
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹20,000/month
