Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates across technical, non-technical, sales, CRM, accounts, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment-

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

· Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining.

· Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.

Recruitment Planning

· Understand manpower requirements from department heads.

· Maintain an updated recruitment tracker for all open positions.

· Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined timelines.

Documentation & MIS

• Maintain interview records and recruitment documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.

• Maintain employee and candidate databases.

• Update recruitment status in Excel trackers.

Employer Branding

• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment when required.

• Build relationships with recruitment consultants and agencies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & Pleasing Personality.

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

• Candidate joining ratio.

• Hiring cost within budget.

• Employee retention during the probation period.

• Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment MIS.

• Candidate satisfaction and hiring quality.

Salary

₹20,000 per month

Working Days

6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturday’s off)
