We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Recruiter with experience in Non-IT recruitment. If you have good communication skills and experience in sourcing candidates, we would love to connect with you.

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Non IT
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Non-IT Recruitment
Work Mode: Work From Home
Requirement: Candidate must have their own Laptop

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing
Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time
