Key Responsibilities:
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references & networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Manage smooth onboarding of selected candidates
• Build a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinate with external consultants when required
