Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and identify suitable candidates for various IT roles.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream; HR specialization preferred.
Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment processes.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
