HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 0–1 Year
Gender Preference: Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support HR team in other day-to-day activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female graduate/postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Eager to learn and grow in HR domain.
