Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Location: Sheopur Road, Partap Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18500

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further selection.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and social media platforms for hiring.
